AgentFalco is designed to support attorneys in performing litigation work more efficiently while respecting the ethical obligations that govern the practice of law. This document describes the principles and design choices that guide how the AgentFalco platform is built and operated.

Our Role
AgentFalco is a litigation support platform. We do not practice law, provide legal advice, make legal determinations, or communicate with courts or opposing parties. The platform is designed to assist licensed attorneys by organizing and analyzing case materials and generating draft, attorney-reviewable work product.
All outputs generated by AgentFalco are intended to support, never replace, professional legal judgment.
Attorney Review and Oversight
AgentFalco is built on the principle that lawyers must remain in control.
- All outputs are assistive and require review by a licensed attorney before use.
- The platform does not autonomously make strategic decisions or factual representations.
- Lawyers determine whether, how, and when outputs are used in a particular matter.
Confidentiality and Data Isolation
Protecting client confidentiality is foundational to the platform.
- Customer data is segregated at the firm level and further segregated at the case level.
- Users cannot access matters unless access is expressly granted by the firm.
- One firm's data and one case's data are never visible to other firms or matters.
These controls are designed to support firm confidentiality requirements and ethical walls where applicable.
Security Measures
AgentFalco employs industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect customer data, including:
- Encryption in transit and at rest
- Firm-controlled access permissions
- Monitoring and logging designed to support secure handling of sensitive materials
Security controls are continuously evaluated and improved as part of normal platform operations.
Use of AI and Client Data
AgentFalco's AI functionality is designed to minimize ethical risk:
- Client data is not used to train or fine-tune AI models.
- Client data is not reused across customers or matters.
- Any use of client data beyond providing contracted services would occur only pursuant to a separate, explicit written agreement.
AI outputs are grounded in the customer's own case materials and are provided solely for attorney review.
Privilege and Work-Product Considerations
AgentFalco is intended to operate as a litigation support vendor under the direction and control of the law firm. When used as intended and in accordance with firm policies, the platform is designed to support preservation of attorney-client privilege and work-product protections.
Attorneys remain responsible for privilege determinations and disclosure decisions in their matters.
Lawyer Responsibility
Use of AgentFalco does not alter a lawyer's professional responsibilities. Lawyers and law firms remain responsible for:
- Supervising use of the platform
- Reviewing and validating outputs
- Making any required client disclosures
- Complying with court rules and standing orders
- Ensuring billing practices are reasonable and appropriate
